“Why blog?” I suppose that there are many reasons: learning about website creation, satisfying my ego, expressing myself, and recording my thoughts and ideas for generations to come. If reading what I write put a smile on your face, I consider myself an amazing success and hope that you will come back for more.
“Why read about Alfred?” Well, I am a vigorous reader of personal development books. You name it, I got it on my shelf: Napoleon Hill, Anthony Robbins, etc. I mean who wouldn’t want to better themselves? The blog is the perfect vehicle to share what I have learned, especially in the context of my goofy life.
“Okay, but who is this Alfred guy?” Well, I am a computer guy, through and through. My undergrad degree was in Computer Engineering, and my masters degree was in Computer Science. Besides that, I’ve been a former member of a Toastmaster club, completing the CTM (Competent Toastmaster) award. As well, I do ballroom dancing. But when I’m no longer on this planet, I would rather be known for making a difference through my musings and writings.
